Successful Women in Business "SWIB"The Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce’s Successful Women In Business or "SWIB" program was created to provide women the opportunity to network with other women business leaders on a regular basis. In January 2003, the Chamber hosted its Inaugural Successful Women In Business meeting where forty women met in the Chamber’s boardroom.
